The 30 x 84 Size
The ST3084EC is a 7' table, and it moves to 6 legs to carry the length. Atosa rates it at 660 lb on the top and 460 lb on the undershelf, a big step up from the 4-leg ST3072EC. It suits long prep runs, packing lines or a commissary where several people work at one table.

A 84" table is long once it is assembled. It ships knocked down, so plan to put it together in the room where it will stand.
Choosing the Depth
A 30" depth is the middle option. It leaves room for a cutting board at the front with containers or ingredients behind it, without the reach of a 36" table.
The Flat Top
The top is flat edge to edge, with no backsplash or raised rear edge. That makes it the right choice when the table stands away from a wall, sits in an open area, or gets worked from more than one side. You can slide pans, boards and boxes on and off from any edge.
Atosa polishes the whole top to a satin finish and sound deadens it, which reduces the ringing noise of tools and pans set down on bare steel. All edges are turned down, so there is no sharp cut edge where staff lean or reach.
Height and Clearance
The work surface is 34" high. The optional WA400001 casters are 5" high and will raise the table if you add them. If the table will slide under a shelf or counter overhang, measure that clearance first.
The Undershelf
The undershelf is stainless steel and adjusts in height. Atosa lists it at 24" x 78", rated at 460 lb. Use it for bins, bowls, sheet pans and boxed product. Measure your tallest item before you set the height: a lower shelf gives more clearance, a higher shelf keeps items closer to hand.
